These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://forumbacklinks.org (the "Website") and the Conversational Backlinks managed backlink placement service (the "Service") operated by codemarket OÜ ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

Conversational Backlinks is a subscription-based SEO service that places your links inside relevant forum and Q&A conversations as natural, contextual replies. We source discussions, write replies, place links, and moderate placements on your behalf according to the project settings you provide (target domain, keywords, anchor text, and publication schedule).

The Service is delivered digitally. We do not guarantee specific search-engine rankings, traffic levels, or indexing outcomes. SEO results depend on many factors outside our control, including search-engine algorithms and your website quality.

2. Eligibility and Account

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
• You sign in using Firebase Authentication (Google, Apple, or email link). You are responsible for securing access to your sign-in method and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate project information, including domains and URLs you are authorized to promote.
• One account per person or organization unless we approve otherwise in writing.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices, plan limits, and included placements are shown on the Website at checkout.

• Trial: Eligible new subscriptions may include a paid trial period (for example, a 7-day trial with a defined number of guaranteed placements). Trial terms shown at checkout apply.
• Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
• Management: Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions can be managed from your dashboard or by contacting [email protected].

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Your Responsibilities

• Provide lawful target URLs and keywords you are authorized to use.
• Do not request placements for illegal, deceptive, malware, adult, hate, or spam content.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Website or our systems.
• Do not use bots or automation to abuse authentication, billing, or support channels.
• Comply with applicable laws and the rules of third-party forums and Q&A platforms.

5. Our Responsibilities and Limitations

We use commercially reasonable efforts to place links in relevant conversations and to moderate placements before and after publication. We may decline or remove placements that violate these Terms, platform rules, or our quality standards.

We may modify sources, scheduling, or workflow to maintain quality, compliance, or service continuity. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes that affect an active subscription.

6. Intellectual Property

The Website, branding, software, and documentation are owned by codemarket OÜ or its licensors. You retain ownership of your brand, domain, and content you submit. You grant us a limited license to use your project data solely to deliver the Service.

7. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy. Please read it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, engage in fraud, or if continued service would create legal or reputational risk. You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel your subscription as described in the Refund Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, codemarket OÜ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited under mandatory consumer protection law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when they were revised. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance, unless applicable law requires additional consent.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law rules. Courts in Harju County, Estonia have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence require otherwise.
